Location: Martinez, GA (Based out of 76 Flowing Wells Road, Unit F-1, Martinez, GA 30907, job sites across Augusta + CSRA)

Brush Strokes Quality Painting is a commercial and industrial painting contractor serving Augusta and the broader CSRA (Georgia + portions of South Carolina). We deliver complex work with strong systems, clear accountability, and a "do life together" team culture. As we continue to grow, we're hiring an experienced Field Painter who takes pride in the craft, shows up prepared, and consistently produces professional results on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute commercial and industrial painting projects with high finish quality

- Prep surfaces correctly: cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking

- Apply coatings using brush, roll, and spray, based on job requirements

- Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain clean, organized work areas

- Follow job site safety rules, lift and ladder standards, and company procedures

- Communicate progress and needs clearly with the crew lead and supervisor

- Handle materials responsibly: staging, mixing, storage, and cleanup

- Represent the company well around clients, site supervisors, and other trades


Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional painting experience (commercial and/or industrial preferred)

- Working cell phone with data access for clocking in and out

- Strong prep skills and the discipline to do it right every time

- Proficient with brush and roll; spray experience is a plus

- Reliable, punctual, consistent work ethic

- Comfortable working in active construction environments

- Ability to lift, carry, climb, and perform physical work typical of field painting

- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation preferred

Compensation & Benefits

- Full-time, W-2 position

- Pay: $18 to $23 per hour (based on experience and capability)

- Opportunities for advancement as we grow (Lead Painter, Crew Lead)

- Paid Time Off, including paid week of Christmas and major U.S. holidays

- After 1 year: Simple IRA match and health plan contribution/match (individualized plan structure)
